Leverage my engineering, management and Lean Six Sigma experiences to help corporate leaders effectively deploy and incorporate Lean Six Sigma (LSS) and Design for Lean Six Sigma (DfLSS) methods and philosophies in their organization's DNA.

Company Profile

I have twenty-seven years of Lean Six Sigma deployment, strategy development, technology delivery and engineering and manufacturing experiences.  This broad experience base enables Keys Six Sigma to provide consulting services within and across many disciplines. 

My Lean Six Sigma experiences include working as a Senior Staff member of Xerox Corporation's Corporate Lean Six Sigma Office in charge of development and deployment of the blended learning DMAIC Green Belt program and the Design for Lean Six Sigma (DfLSS) program.   Both programs utilized various consulting partners and today have a high degree of customer satisfaction as well as organizational sustainability and pervasiveness. 

My background includes over 32 years of involvement with professional societies.  As a Plastics Engineer by trade, I became involved with the Society of Plastics Engineers early on in my career.  My involvement culminated when I became the President of the International society in 1997.  I am currently an Honored Service Member and a Distinguished Member of the Society and belong to the Marketing and Management Division and joined the Total Quality Special Interest Group.
