When starting Keys Six Sigma, I wanted to focus on helping organizations sort through Lean Six Sigma and Design for Lean Six Sigma deployment options and supporting the selection of the best set of those options which best fits their culture, situation and overall business direction.
I have learned that there in not one Lean Six Sigma deployment model or receipt that works in every situation. To help ensure a pervasive and sustainable deployment, companies need to assess their direction, culture and other factors and put the program, training model, infrastructure and other critical elements necessary to be successful.
My goal is to help companies start their journey, address the cultural and other deployment issues upfront and support the selection of the right Lean Six Sigma partners.
Sort through Lean Six Sigma and Design for Lean Six Sigma training, certification and deployment options and select the best options for your particular organization.
Effectively work with your management, opinion leaders and subject matter experts.
Effectively combine the typical "harder" Lean Six Sigma skills and tools with the "softer" cultural elements.
Incorporate both classical "in-class" training structure and blended learning (combination of in-class and on-line training) models, which ever meets your organization's needs.
Here is a just a subset of type of questions organizations should address when contemplating a Lean Six Sigma program deployment:
What is managements' perspective on Lean Six Sigma?
Who are the key opinion leaders within your organization?
Where are your current Lean Six Sigma 'pocket of excellence"?
What is your companies' "burning platform"?
How much patience does management have?
How does your management want to measure success?
Who do you view as the eligible population for Lean Six Sigma?
